Refund policy

All happy products are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchased items, except in cases where the product arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@vvhealthpr.com.

To process a refund for a damaged item, we require the following:

  • Clear photo of the damage
  • Photo of the outer packaging (if applicable)
  • Your order number

Once we receive and review the evidence of damage, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us again so we can assist you.

Non-Refundable Items

Since all products are final sale, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Customer order errors
  • Gift cards
